What We Collect
Laud collects account details, workspace details, testimonial request content, client feedback, scores, consent records, signatures, uploaded photos, company logos, and operational activity needed to run the product.
How We Use Data
We use this data to create testimonial requests, generate draft testimonials, support review and approval workflows, publish approved testimonials, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve service reliability.
Public Testimonials
Testimonials are only intended for public display after consent, signature, and workspace approval. Low-score private feedback is routed to recovery and is not shown on the public wall.
Service Providers
Laud may use providers such as Supabase, Razorpay, Resend, Inngest, and Google Gemini to operate the service. These providers process data only for product, infrastructure, payment, email, and AI-drafting workflows.
