Use of Laud
Laud helps teams collect, review, and publish client testimonials. You are responsible for the accuracy of workspace content, request context, and any testimonials you approve for public use.
Consent and Rights
You must only publish testimonials, client names, photos, logos, and quotes when you have the required consent and rights. Laud records consent and signature state, but it does not replace legal review for your marketing use.
Payments
Paid workspace access is processed through Razorpay. Payment must be verified before workspace access is activated. Failed or disputed payments may suspend access.
AI Drafts
AI-generated drafts are suggestions based on provided context and client words. You must review drafts before publishing and avoid unsupported claims.
